Ceramic Coating Installation
Environment and prep is absolutely key when installing a ceramic coating. Our service is completed in a climate controlled, clean, expertly lit environment. Expect the following:
-Vehicles will be washed, chemically decontaminated (iron, bug, and tar removal)
-Mechanically decontaminated (clay bar)
-Dried with compressed air in all seams
-Paint correction (machine polishing) to your desired level ( see below )
-Exterior will be clean once again with residue remover
-Brand new The Rag Co. applicators and microfiber towels for coating application
-Video recap of the service
-Care package with products and vehicle maintenance guidelines

Paint Correction guidlines:
​
Service includes Gloss Enhancement aiming at a 30-40% reduction in blemishes (suitable for most brand new cars)
Options:
Single Stage paint correction can be added to bring the correction level to 60-70%
This involved testing various polish, pad, and technique adjustments to get the optimal single stage outcome as each vehicle needs it's own "prescription". This will heavily cut down on swirls, scratches, and randomized defects from the clear coat to add optical clarity and depth to the paint.

2 Stage paint correction can be added to find very high level of gloss and defect removal. Aiming at 90% correction of all imperfections. This is an involved process that will make a dramatic improvement to overall aesthetics.
As Good As Possible: We will test, measure paint depth, used what looks like dental tools to get into all reachable painted surfaces. Badge removal can be part of this service if desired. A truly concours experience.
